BABY DISEASES

Infant diseases are diseases that can be encountered frequently in newborn babies and in the following periods, some of them are seriously dangerous and some of them are diseases that can be eliminated as a result of simple treatments.

Common diseases in newborn babies:

Mansion

nappy rash

upper respiratory tract infection

Jaundice

Conjunctivitis, also known as burrs in the eyes

Constipation

Diarrhea

Measles

Varicella

Mumps

Diseases such as these are among the most common diseases in the newborn group.

HOST DİSEASE

The host disease seen in many babies is known as crusting of the scalp. This condition, which is very common in infants, causes flaking and crusting on the scalp. The host disease, which can be seen in a small area or in a larger area, differs in each baby. Baby shampoos with a good pH value can help you control the host disease, and at the same time, you should definitely consult your doctor.

JAUNDICE:

Jaundice, which is one of the most common infant diseases, is seen in 60% of newborns, while it is seen in 80% of babies born prematurely. It occurs as a result of the substance called bilirubin giving yellow color to the skin and accumulating on the skin with the increase in its level in the blood. Jaundice is among the diseases that babies can easily overcome in some cases that can pass under the control of a doctor, but there are also cases of jaundice that have caused permanent damage in the newborn group. As with any disease, a doctor's control is essential in jaundice.

CONJECTIVITIS:

This condition, which is known colloquially as eye burring and can be seen in babies within two to three days after birth, is understood by reddening of the eye and sticking of eyelashes. Conjunctivitis, which is a symptom of a microbial condition, is among the diseases that can be easily eliminated as a result of wiping the eyes with the medication given by your doctor. With clean hands, you can also remove the burrs in the eyes with the help of water.

MEASLES

Another infant disease that can cause permanent damage to babies is measles. Measles, which can be seen not only in infants but also in all age groups, is contagious and causes skin rash and fever. Measles, which can be easily transmitted through saliva and contact, is not among the diseases that can be overcome in a short time. It is understood here that the measles vaccine should not be ignored for babies and how important the vaccine is.

MEASURE SYMPTOMS

Fire

runny nose, cough

Sneeze

dry cough

Koplik spots

swollen, sore eyes

Red rashes on the body

They are the most prominent among the symptoms seen in measles patients.

DISEASES CAUSED BY MEASURE:

Diarrhea and vomiting

Earache

Laryngitis

conjunctivitis

pneumonia, bronchitis

bouts of fever

Measles is a chain disease seen in infants and adults in the continuation of the disease. Measles vaccination is a must in order to overcome the measles disease, which is thought to be experienced by everyone once in their life.

WHAT IS MUMPS?

Mumps is another infant disease that causes severe pain and restless periods in infants. Mumps, a contagious otitis media, is an infectious disease that occurs in most people.

MUMPS DISEASE SYMPTOMS:

Fire

Throat ache

Shake

ear swelling

swelling of the mandible

Fatigue

There are signs of mumps disease. As long as you apply the mumps vaccine, which is included in the vaccination calendar of babies, the mumps disease that occurs in the baby will be overcome in a short time and in a less painful way.

Parents should be very conscious about infant diseases. It is not right to overcome the disease by primitive methods and waiting for time to pass. Many methods that can cause permanent damage are spread unconsciously among the public. You can ensure that your baby has a healthy development process after taking the necessary precautions and applying the vaccines fully.
