There are many reasons for not having a baby. These reasons can be listed as nutritional disorder, stress, alcohol, radiation, hormonal, hereditary.
As the most important categorization method, it will be to investigate various causes in men and women.

Causes Related to Men:

A) Hormonal Disorders:


Due to the lack of testosterone hormone in men, low sexual desire and problems in sperm production require hormone therapy.

B) Low Sperm Rate and Low Quality:

Increasing the sperm speed is difficult for some, but possible, while for others it is not possible if there is a near-zero mobility, very serious treatments are required.

Reasons Related to Women:

A) Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: (Egg Problem)


The causes of this ailment are seen as excessive use of painkillers, a solution can be found with drug treatment. It causes the egg not to form and crack, it is a disease that should definitely be treated.

B) Hormonal Disorders:

Too high or too low estrogen hormone can be seen as a disorder of thyroid hormones. Apart from these:
stage problems related to the cervix, uterine tumors, vaginismus, inactivity, obesity.

The expectant mother should be very careful about her nutrition. For example; There are foods that should not be eaten against the risk of miscarriage. These foods can be listed as follows:

Frying,
Chips,
Herbal teas,
undercooked eggs,
Coffee,
Liver and undercooked meat,
clean unwashed vegetables,

The expectant mother should definitely be examined before considering getting pregnant, and she should investigate whether there is any of the above diseases.

Family history should be investigated in terms of pregnancy.

Advanced Age Problem in Women:

Egg formation in women begins in infancy and they grow up to have enough eggs for themselves throughout their lives, the number of eggs decreases with age and decreases after the age of 30-40, and the quality of the eggs begins to decline. If pregnancy has not occurred in women under 35 for 1 year, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Alcohol use also causes infertility in both men and women, and is prohibited for couples who are considering a baby. While reducing cell formation in women, it causes women to enter early menopause. In addition, excessive smoking and alcohol use during pregnancy causes premature birth and serious health problems in the baby after birth.
