There are many reasons for not having a baby. These reasons can be listed as nutritional disorder, stress, alcohol, radiation, hormonal, hereditary. The most important categorization method will be to investigate various causes in men and women.

Causes Related to Men:

Due to insufficient testosterone hormone in men, low sexual desire and problems in sperm production require hormone therapy.

B) Low Sperm Rate and Low Quality:

While increasing the sperm speed is difficult for some, but possible, for some it is not possible if there is near-zero mobility, very serious treatments are required.

The expectant mother should be very careful about her nutrition. For example, there are foods that should not be eaten against the risk of miscarriage. These foods can be listed as follows.

Chips,
undercooked eggs,
Coffee,
Liver and undercooked meat,

The expectant mother should definitely be examined before considering getting pregnant, and she should investigate whether there is any of the above diseases.

Family history should be investigated in terms of pregnancy.

Advanced Age Problem in Women:

Egg formation in women starts from infancy and they grow up to have enough eggs throughout their lives, the number of eggs decreases with age and decreases after the age of 35-40, and the quality of the eggs begins to decline. In women under the age of 35, if pregnancy has not occurred for one year, it is necessary to consult a doctor.

Alcohol use also causes infertility in both men and women, and is prohibited for couples who are considering a baby. While reducing cell formation in women, it causes women to enter early menopause. In addition, excessive smoking and alcohol use during pregnancy causes premature birth and serious health problems in the baby after birth.

While cancer patients are undergoing cancer treatment, chemotherapy drugs and radiation treatments impair sperm count and quality, causing the expectant mother to enter menopause. The woman or man who suffers from this disease increases the chance of having a baby by using egg and sperm freezing methods before starting the treatment.

If couples who are considering a baby do not take the above precautions, their chances of success are low, and helping each other is the most important factor in success. He should not give up on failures and persevere.
